who hear has insomnia i have had it for yrs. and i know if i don't take my meds at night i am manic the next day i was on ambien then ambien cr then lunester but hated the after taste it left in my mouth so now i am on serequol for sleep but i notice that since i am on 25 mg's it doesn't knock me out the way 300mg does i wonder are these the only meds for sleeping? the ambien completly has stopped working for me. are these the only sleep meds out there? and does your body become imune to taking these meds after a while?
