> I have a friend who is president of his homeowners association in the Dallas, Texas suburbs. They were having a terrible problem with litter near some of his association's homes. The reason according to Wallace (my friend) is that six very large, luxurious new houses are being built right next to their community.

He called the city, county, and police and got no help there either.

Hip-Hip Hooray. Hate litter bugs. I have chased them down. Once when my son 10 at the time, threw a pop can out the car window, I stopped the car and made him pick up litter for a mile as I drove along the shoulder. Does he litter, I don't think so.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
