I am seeing my pdoc tomorrow and am wondering about those who have used the XR and how they liked it, the results they had, and if it would work fast enough for the crisis times. Of cource all this compared to regular zanax...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. I am currently taking Xanax but I take it so frugaly that it barely works. I am deathly afraid of getting strung out on it. And I can't wait for a change, but amazingly enough it does work for my anxiety.
