I am almost completely sure that someone that I love very very much has bipolar disorder. It is destroying our relationship as well as their ability to trust, make solid long term decisions and have healthy relationships. They have had recurring episodes and this time I cant just let it go on. I need to talk to them about it but I have no idea how to go about it without them reacting with anger or denial. If anyone has any advice or would like to know more, I would appreciate it very very much.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
