When I get really angry, I go to my yard, and I throw bricks to the ground (without hurting anyone), I also threw a small door I did not need several times, on the pavement as hard as I could, more than several times. I have a punching bag, but I have not put it up in the basement yet. My therapist told me I should scream at the top of my lungs if possible, to hit on a pillow, there are other positive ways to vent as well. Good for the soul!
