Hey I really need help right now, my friend who also has BP has been very depressed and not acting like himself, hes been isolating now for about a week. When i talked to him today, he seemed in distress and he was very emotional and tearful, i told him i would call him back after my dinner and when i did he is not answering the phone, which is unusual for him. The problem is is that I live 5-6 hours away from him, I want to call someone to go check in on him because im worried but I dont know any numbers or have any information on how to do this because ive never done it. I live in Ontario Canada, if anyone can help please, thanks !!!!
