I'm really worried about my husband. His little brother committed suicide 4 weeks ago. He is not dealing well AT ALL. He is devestated. He blames himself and is fixated on this. I don't know how to help him. Can anyone help me?

There is a friends & family affected by suicide site on DS...look under communities...they might have good advice.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
