Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
I am 51, when I turned 50 I was a little feathered for a few weeks but found I really enjoyed it. I actually feel better now than I ever have. We are in the prime of our life and have explored many things through our years. Take some time to look back at your accomplishments, acquantances, family and be thankful for all the miles you have traveled on your journey. Nothing in life says we have to "feel" 50. Our bodies just dont know how young we are at heart and in our mind. Hugs
**your lucky I didn't sing that in person because my singing voice sucks... lol....
now plan a day trip.... go somewhere and do something you have always wanted to do. It doesn't have to cost a lot, but it just has to be meaningful.
Enjoy your day........
Age is irrelevant to the aging who see beauty in their own growth and revel in it. Aging may leave youth in it's wake, but it is still in the midst of the mind and soul of one who determines it be.

Happy Birthday!
pull your pants up! and show us a dance!!!
We finally have money, or at least credit enough to spend it frivously. We can get a new hairdue and no one cares.
We still have a libido the size of a stalliun but a body that well never mind.
You can finally take up exercising for a legitimate reason, like for your heart. Or you can put it off until you are 60.
You are finally close enough to retirement that you can almost taste it.
Birthday to me..... Guess I'd better make the day count!
At 50 ,we still have a lot of fire left...don't forget that!
