I have bipolar plus psychotic depression.I've been put on a high does of Lithium and celexa. It's been working great and Iv'e hardly heard any voices at all. Then last week I was at work and in the middle of lunch when I saw this very cute little boy standing next to me,he was saying,"Gimmie, gimmie.gimmie!" and reaching up for my food.I asked him out loud where his parents were, then he vanished into thin air! He looked so damn real.I got really scared afterwards,I have had halluincations like this but never as bad (or where I couldn't tell it wasn't real) Should I tell my PDoc?
