About a week ago I was in a manic episode and then crashed into a depressive episode all in one long day. I ended up in a fight with my girlfriend and parents I was very upset. Then I tried to end my life by overdosing in the middle of the forest. That landed me an ambulance ride to the hospital and 5 days in the mental ward of the hospital with outpatient treatment. They changed my meds around put me on Neurotin instead of Klonopin, uped my lithium, and put my effexor in the morning at 225mg. As soon as I got out of the hospital I broke up with my girlfriend and moved back to my parents house. I am now on disability for another couple of weeks and am still struggling to get into the phyciatrist office. The neurotin messed me up so bad that I had to quit taking it. Now I am stuck with these mood swings and a feeling of helplessness. What do I do next? I am so frustrated with myself and my life. However ending it all can no longer be an option for now anyway.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
