do alot of you stay home..or do you push urselfs to get out. before i had bp..i had panic attacks bad in the 90,s still get them but the xanax helps alot this way..i dont get severe manic mild..but i cant stay in side all the time..i had agoraphobia for 2 yrs were i couldnt leave..but still have a touch of that..combine all of them together sucks bad..buty i push out the doors..i just cant go far from home..thats rhe killer to me.i havent been to my parents house in 5 monthes..i talk to them everyday and have seen my mom when shes picking me up from the er..a few times i got real bad with this crap..so let james know..thanks all

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
