The only people that know about my bipolar is one close friend, a few bipolars and my doctors. I keep it very quiet at work. You KNOW they would look at you funny & I wouldn't be surprised if it would affect my job. There is so much stigma with this illness. All a person has to hear is "Mental Illness" and off they go, thinking you could be a mass murderer or a blob of jello on the floor. Does anyone else feel it's better to keep it quiet?
