I found Im in a few differant groups and wonderd if that is what other find as well. maybe they are linked for a reason.

Lately I've had quite a few stomach cramps and like burning sensations in my stomach but I think they are due to side effects of the meds I'm starting

Me!! I have gastroparesis..slow emptying of the stomach. I have had morning nausea and vomiting for over a year and a half..funny thing though...since going to my outpatient treatment and being on short term disability I'm not waking up sick anymore!!

But that's coming to an end and I'm willing to bet the nausea will be back! Ugh!

I started a new med 3wks ago and have been sick to my stomach since. Vomiting everyday...awful. I also had Hep C for 30yrs so I have lots of flu like symptoms in my stomach too. Talk later Love and Prayers Ramona oxoxoxo

I've had heartburn and reflux for yrs from taking all those meds I've been on. I take OTC Prilosec every night and sometimes Pepcid during the day.

I have a hiatal hernia and some killer acid reflux issues. I'm suppose to be on the purple pill nexium.. but it is to dam expensive

Had killer reflux disease.

Had the surgery where they wrap part of your stomach around your esophogus.

Now I can eat buffalo wings and not regurgitate. :)

I have a hiatus hernia and take prevacid every morning for it. It took them almost a year to find it and I lost 54 lbs. But believe me, that was no way to lose it because I was so very sick.

Could it be your meds? Have you talked to your doctor concerning this. I sometimes hav anxiety andit make me naseaus, but no real stomach problems. I hope you find the answer

ive heard gastro problems are linked to stress... not to meantion many of the meds cause constipation...

Oh, do I ever! I have IBS, suffered for years until recently. I found an herbal blend product that I take w/each meal... and it's helped tremendously.

I have issues all the time my doctor told me it is from stress and to reduce it. Maybe he needs to come over to my house some day and then say that in such an arrogant way. It is frustrating when you think something may really be wrong & I do. I hope yours isn't that bad. I have heartburn every day. I take acid reducers all the time. it is crazy.

Recently, over the past couple years I'd say, I have noticed that my stomach is really upset a lot to the point of pain. Feels like I could be getting ulcers maybe. Seems to be from the meds. It takes it's toll doesn't it.

    Hi.  First time visiting.  Been looking around for some good support for a bit.  Today I found dailystrength and it looks pretty good.  Nice to see support from fellow people in need.  I am going to try my best to check in, write a few things here and there.  Writing has never been something that I have been able to stick with..
