By doing this I figured out when I was in a manic, depressed, and even mixed states. Now that I know the difference I'm learning how to control it. I've noticed a few threads here asking about if you can control your moods and I've found that tracking them is a great place to start. So, how do you track your moods? Or do you think it's time to?
