How are meds determined, as to how much you should take etc. Arent some dangerous to take too many of. So many people see to mbe taking so much of stuff and THEY are concerened. Are alot based on weight or illness or does it differ per meds? I know you guys are not pdocs but seems I get more info here than anywhere.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. Some medications are detected in a blood test to determine what the dose level should be.
I suspect a lot of med combinations are based on clinical tests and some may just be a combination that has worked for the doc.
If you are new to meds, I suggest you keep a med diary noting dates, amount and succes. it can help with future changes.
It is important to use a good pharmacy that checks for drug interaction in case your doc prescribes something that can cause a problem.
