i struggl with the dx of bp because i don get manic. i spose at a push you could say i get hypomanic. i dont get delusoins or owt, its hard to say how i get cos i think its normal at the time. stuff like:
buying loads of new pets all within a week or two, sometimes without having got cages in advance, not having planned it out at all.
deciding to set up a business, spending hours researching it, then giving up on the idea after about 2 days.
doign all the housework non-stop in one day, then not being able to manage anything for a week.
talking fast and excitable, laughing a lot, bouncing around, clapping in excitement, feeling sort of like my heads full of champagne bubbles.
in the past, unwise personal - erm - activity.
phoning friends late at night to tell them some exciting news (which really could have waited till morning and wasnt that exciting anyway).
talking, talking, talking to everyone and anyone, being really really bubbly and effervescent, being a bit obtuse about boundaries and social convention by being too open, or too OTT, or thinking any new acquaintance is the best friend EVER even tho i have knwn them for 2 minutes.
is this normal, or does it sound a bit odd to you?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
when i am up, its like butterflies and bubbles in my stomach, then afterwards its like theres just a black hole there instead.
