Do you think as beepers that we are way too sensitive as to how our moods are? I know this is a new diagnosis for some but sometimes don't you think you are over-reacting when it comes to your moods? I mean feeling a little bored and suddenly wondering if you are getting depressed or just having a good day and thinking you are approaching mania? Do any of these moods really pan out for you? Are they something to be taken seriously or do you think you are just over sensitive because of being diagnosed?

I have a family member that also suffer from bipolar disorder. The doctor say its a life long process takeing the medication. Have any of you had any success without taking the meds.
