Hi,
I just wanted to let everyone know why I haven't been aroun for over a week. Wednsday the 13th I was feeling really down again, It had been over a month since I had been feeling good and over six month sinc I really had any good sleep. I went to church whith a friend and completely broke down. After church my friend wanted me to go with him to sing karaoke at the bar so I went and tried but my mood was getting darker and darker. After about a half hour the police showed up and took me to the hospital. There they didn't have any room in their psych unit and I was transported a hundred miles away. This really pissed me off, but I had no choice. However once I got to this facility called Pine Rest, I discovered that this was actually a blessing in disguise. The care I recied here was out of this worl. These peole actually gave a damn. There were multiple untits each one specialized for a specific sort of illness and different groups specialized to address specific needs. The pdoc spent a full hour with me the first day explaining every little thing to me. Over the course of the week the pdoc would spend at least a half hour a day with me. This is in addition to seeing a case manager, chaplain, medical doc and therapist one to one daily. It was awesome. They gave me a diganosis of Bipolar I, I was in a mixed state, PTSD, OCD, ADD, and borderline personality disorder. When I went in my Lithium leve was only a 0.1 this really pisses me off because my normal pdoc never listen to me and always says my levels look good. They upped my Lithium to 1200 mg a day, Lamictal 200mg/day, added Topamax 100mg/day, Saeroquel 150mg/day took me off of the Lexepro. Today after coming out of the hospital I feel like a totally different person. Is this what a normal person feel like? I don't really know, but I like it. Thank you all my friend for being here for me.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
was getting worried
