I need help. I am thinking I should probably check myself in. I have been in close contact with the doc , I am taking meds like pez but nothing seems to be working, I am in such a dark place, I can't sleep, I want this to be over..I can't stop crying.. I am all alone all the time. Is it better to go to the hospital? I need help.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I tend to believe that when people think it's time to check in , it probably is. Most of us don't raise our hand to check in just for something to do.
Checking in for a short while could get the opportunity to adjust meds much more agressively than able to do on an outpatient basis. My feeling is, if you think you may need to check in soon, do it sooner rather than later, maybe you can get to feeling better before the next holiday.
do you know who to contact to help you get to the hospital?
you usually can just show up! or call and see if there is a bed for you.
pack a bag with you know, non-metal and non-string and non-anything things (haha)
bring a good book.
is there any family, or a friend near by that you trust with that?
if i were there i'd do it for you!!
can't your husband do anything to help with the baby??
friend or mom sounds like a good idea. moms are reliable with that, usually.
I agree, that is probably a BIG part of the problem.
And typically, men who work so much do it to avoid dealing with other issues, and then blame it on the woman for having emotional difficulties....don't take or listen to that BS if it is the case.
don't let anybody else blame you for your difficulties.
how are you holding up?
