anyone know how to make this? we used to make it when we went camping but i have no memory of how to make it. all i remember was ground beef, carrots, potatoes and onion inside of aluminum foil and you threw it on the campfire for a while. how would i make this at home in the oven? any julia childs out there that can help?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
with a chicken breast, potatoes, carrots,
squash, bell pepper, ( all three colors to
add color ) and anything else you can find to
throw in there. If using a whole chicken breast
with bones, bake at 400 degrees about an hour.
Be careful opening the aluminum foil. It's not
only hot, it will pour out a lot of hot juice.
