I mean I know I want to help people, but how? hmmmmm..... that's a thunker!!! lol

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I however am a warped selfish thing that does most things for me! At least I am honest ;)
Thanks everyone! I really appreciate your input!!!
I did take 2 years of psychology in high school and I loved it!
I am like you Allison, I didn't go to college after HS, I went to rehab, lol...
My ex got interested in Occupational Therapy when we went through the school and medical settings with our autistic son, so he went to school for that. Here, it requires a Bachelor's and it pays really well!! And there's still a good demand for OT's. He works with the school systems, which pays a bit less than if you go into the nursing homes, but he finds helping the kids extremely rewarding!!!!
