Hello everyone. I've been looking at these forums for a good few weeks now and figured .. hey i might as well join. I thought that this site would be a new expierence for me. Since honestly i really dont know anyone with bipolar. Ive had to rid of many people in my life, my loves, my best friends, mainly because they were depressed and i would fall into that. I needed to get my self better. I'm better person now because of it. But, yes, i really dont know anyone that would honestly relate to this sparratic mummble jummble in my head going on 24/7. I hope this site can bring me some help.
I've been doing a significant amount of research latley on my bipolar "soul searching" I suppose would be a good word to describe it. I've been looking into how I really think the food I'm eatting makes my bipolar worse. I really think the GLUTEN in my food is to blame!
The funny thing is.. i dont eat bad. But i still feel fatigue, exausted, and never satisfied after I eat.. even a good meal. So with this information I starting eatting terrible.. ive been really good with my food for a while im an "emotional eatter". Right now im sitting here eatting cookie dough ice cream and I dont even care. Haha. but anyway.. I guess my question I want to post is does anyone else find that certain foods make their bipolar worse? Processed foods I really belive are to blame here?!
thank yoU!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
