I cannot sleep and i have taken a couple of lorazapn which are making it hard to type
Doctor has just diagnosed bipolar and this is causing me a lot of worry.
I didnt know wether to try the Olanzapine as doc suggeted - havnt had one yet andfeel scared.
Cannot sleep at all and started to freek out
so i came here to a world of people like me

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. Isn't that a strange thing for somebody to say, and yet...
My diagnosis was one of the most liberating events of my life. It was an "aha" moment.
It was a good thing because:
It explained so much!!! I read everything I could about the condition.
I also learned that I wasn't alone. There are alot of us out here!
Now you know your nemesis. Now you can take control of your condition.
Good luck and big hugs. It took me a while to get used to the hugs, but they are a very good thing!
