Just browsed a book,'The Natural Medicine Guide to Bipolar Disorder (The Healthy Mind Guides)',and it brought up intestinal dysbiosis which is an imbalance of the intestinal flora, I thought it was an interesting observation on how one particular intestinal bug (for a lack of a real term) was disproportionate in a bipolar gut. It also I think explained what that does to us.(recall troubles) It also found that the Herpes virus in one form or another was also in the person (shingles, cold sores, genital, chicken pox. Didn't get time to read it all. Any one?
