I used to be so confident and together but it seems that as time goes on, going through different episodes and set backs, it has really done a number on my self confidence. I'm now often unsure of myself, doubting my true capabilities. It has even been affecting my performance at work. Anyone else having this problem? Any ideas of what to do?
