In one of the threads here I mentioned using a personalized mood symptom scale. Multiple people have requested more information. This was something I developed for myself as tool. I'm not done, but I have started to create a guide to help you create your own. You can go ahead and get started with what I've already provided. There will probably be one or two more parts. I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
