Well, I escaped from the hospital. Let me sum up what happenened.
I drank anti-freeze and started playing with a knife. Some cute guy (superunknown) got me to call 911.
The cops came, 10 of them, they did not like the fact I was playing with a knife and had their stun guns ready. There were some cute ones and they used their smiles and dimples to get me to put the knife down.
Went to the ER in handcuffs. Was up in ICU where I had dialysis for 3 days. Then I went to the super secure mental ward. While I was there I found some wire and started cutting myself for the 1st time...people were ticked cause they took out everyone's toilet paper holder. The wire was the spiring in it.
I was moved down to the regualar part and was there for like 10 days. Then I escaped/was released.
My new diagnosis is Bipolar with major depression and disthymia, not Major depression, dysthimia and BP II/NOS. They have me on Lithium, Remeron, Seroquel, and Ambien when needed.
Hopefully things work out. I have lots of appointments with social workers and things the next 2 days. I am happy yet concerned with being out.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
