I came here a little over a month ago, while waiting for a new pdoc appt.
You guys have been soooo great that I thought it appropriate to thank everyone here.
Normally, I'm so quick to share or vent when things suck, but rarely share the positive. So thought it might be nice to start a thread where everyone could thank the DS people. Talk about how this site has helped you, etc. And that miracles do happen!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Graditude to those people that I have helped or who I have made laugh...because ,you guys gave me a reason to live again.
I personaly can't thank the people on here enough for waht they have done for me.
Take care.
Great idea
