Maybe i shouldn't bring this up, here goes though:
Have you had any bad or inspiring encounters with pdoc or tdocs??
The amount of trust we place in their expertise is sth I think about, especially when crucial errors are made
Though a good doc can be a lifesaver, it's true.
Your thoughts?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Had a few incompetent and racist bastards.....Bona Fide racism too.
I'm a drama queen.It helps.
I see therapist every other week (every week in crisis). And, see Pdoc every 3 months unless need him more often.
IMO, it's difficult to find a PDOC who knows his shit AND is caring. I've got one. I'll try to stay...although I haven't gotten a return call from receptionist or him in a week! Blah. Can't win em all I suppose!
Sometimes I forget to see him.He gets sulky and strops.
Longest has been 45 mins when talking about meds change
My psychiatrist pisses me off. All I want to do is yell at him! He doesn't care, has no respect for me and always cuts our sessions short. I see him for half an hour every second week but I'm currently on a waiting list to see a different pdoc. Hes purely to monitor my medication.
