I have been reading some of the other threads and I guess I am not alone at giving away things. I have given away so many things. Even forcing them onto people. I even gave away my kids things without my kid saying they were mine.
I've given my wife's things away. I have given money away, jewerly, books, and anything else that is possible to give away.
I was always feeling good at these times, or a need to fix someone else or something. In fits of depression I have given away mass quantities of things. That was when I gave away all my albums and comic books, to my stupid brother.
Have some of you fellow DS members done that? Do you know anything about this?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I'd like to get to a stage where I burn it all next time.
I was about to ask the same thing.

I have given away furniture, cars, property, toys and knick-knacks, everything but the kitchen sink (which, if I were German, I probably would have done, too)
