I'm finally willing to go to an actual psychiatrist and get an official diagnosis...i will probably get into to see a nurse practitioner that works with a pdoc in the next week or two. basically haven't seen one since i was hospitalized at 21...and then i never followed through on treatment once i was released...POINT...through therapists and general doctors i have been on zoloft and then added wellbutrin for the last 6 to 7 years...I'M AN IMPOSTER on the BP board...but i have some signs...it doesn't matter what they say is wrong with me, i'm hoping that a better set of meds will improve my life...a lot of you still seem to have problems and i'm wondering how much of a difference the right meds make??? and will they always need to be monitered and changed ... thanks...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
