I know I need help, the meds aren't working, but I don't want to be confined/controlled by other people, and yes, I was told by the ER doctor that I would be involuntarily committed for a week if they (doctors) found out I was even thinking about using a gun or suicide again. So now what? I still feel horrible and can't shake it.
