So, I will be 48 on my birthday at the end of the month. I know I'm menopausal as well as BP, PTSD, ADHD . I have a gastric bypass Oct of last year and haven't had a period since. I had contributed this to my 140 lb weight loss, however, due to my age I'm thinking I'm menopausal. So, for those of you BP and menopausal, give me some tips.

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
