I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
That has to be maddening!
is good old flypaper. You can buy the tubes in most stores,
carefully pull them out of the tube and hang them up. The flies will stick and you'll be able to enjoy things better.
I myself hate flies with a passion...
Gross thing is, one of my dogs likes to eat them. He was following me around, cleaning up my trail... luckily they're organic flies. LOL
Flies come from maggots, and maggots like dead things. Or if they're not from maggots, even a spoiled piece meat might be enough to attract them.
Good luck!!! Yucky, isn't it!!!?
