I have bipolar, and my daughter does also. Her psychiatrist suggested fish oil - a lot of it. She wouldn't take it, but I have been for many months. Eight 1000mg pills a day, which isn't as much as it sounds, but more that the bottle recommends. In addition to lowering bad cholesterol, it helps control mood swings in bipolar. It has worked wonders for me! Has anyone else had any experiences with it? Please let me know what you think, weather you've tried it or not. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!
