I'm sending out an invite to "Hope and What Do You Want" group I started on December 11th. I'll be changing up the format...a work in progress now, and "Hope" to start to write a daily progress of what I'm doing to achieve what I Want".

Does anyone else exercise on a regular basis? I go to the gym about 5 times a week. I have found this greatly improves my mood, gives me energy and reduces my suicidal ideations.
