Hi.
I don't know a lot of people here but i think you are supportive.
I have beeen manic for the last couple of days and just now dropped into that black pit of depression. Really far down. Couldn't even talk on the phone.
Anyway, I could use some of that support right now, if you have it to give. I feel so bad. It's the holidays. Next door neighbor decorated house in style I love but I can't do. Its right in my face
ALL THE TIME. can we say trigger. Anyway please help.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
SMILE!
I just came out of it a week ago myself. I was manic not sleeping at all for mo. I think a big part of my recovering so quickly from it was just plain old rest, body and mind. Can you?
I was feeling just as you are one week ago - the dread of knowing you can't function and watching everyone else zooming around.
Let me say this, you still have time! It is only the second.
I was in the hopital last Xmas so I didn't get to enjoy my tree etc.
I just left it up until like Feb.
if you are not asleep now....
in my tears.
