Finally went to psych - not using nurse practioner as before; now on many meds but finally feel really good and can function without crying all the time. We went to Philadelpia and I almost ruined it with the anxiety and stress I had. Too bad we can't go back now. May have to go up on the celexa but that's ok with me. Have been having some down days but that could be to the freaken weather and the fact that husband is starting to work on the upstairs master bedroom [in this 105 yr old house] and everying is torn up. Kinda drives me CRAZY. Torn up? Messed up, plaster dust everywhere, wires and cables all over the place, WHERE IS MY TAPE, DON'T STEP ON THAT, HOLD THIS, NO, NOT THAT, THIS... TV unplugged and in middle of room, no electricty in that room, or 2 other bedrooms. This master bedroom is going to be our tv/computer room. Computer is next to be turned off. Ah, life ... what a joy. Again want to thank you all for your great comments and messages ... I don't get on here much - had surgery 5 weeks ago .. fell down stairway and broke both wrists. Now in hard plastic splints and doing better but it does hurt to type when I take them off to type. God bless you all and here's to another day. Heard one time ... "I ain't dead yet so here's another chance at a good day" - anon...cheers.

THANK YOU! The ride kinda sucks, still having the ups and downs but not near, not even close to before. We're having icy/sleety bad weather but the grandkids were supposed to come do Christmas cookies. They couldn't come and I cried. Sheesh! What an idiot - we'll do it in 2 weeks and it will be fine. HUGS to you, too!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
