I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Yes when i go like that i come on here and people do help. Someone on her said that she make thinks out of loo rolls when she is low.
Then we chattered about happy strange funny things and it realy did help me.
So go and get some loo paper and see what animals you can make out of it.
We are all here for each other in times of need.
Take care

They say exercise helps us get out of our current emotion. But I can't testify to that.
If you go shopping make sure you buy me a laptop, preferably an apple.
If you can't meditate, then just do deep breathing exercises...deep breaths in thru the mouth, then out thru the nose. Repeat until calm :-)
A mental health day consists of nothing... Absolutely nothing... Kids??? take em to a day care or highter a sitter to watch them at their house. NO cleaning, NOthing. Just take baths all day... enjoy a sport thats non stressful do that, love computer time do that, reading, an art... anything that pulls you away from too much thinking cant get away from the kids? try a fast food place with the jungle gyms and set them loose befor lunch time. Enjoy a coffee and read and then feed em and put em down for rest time if they dont nap then tv time but above all silence followed by you self isolating and giving your self space.
I have a mental health day once a week. If I dont get one my world spins out of control
