How many of you are struggling with fatigue and taking many meds to combat it? Fatigue is a symptom of depression but when your meds work and you feel good but your still tired. I have had 11 years so far and today my doctor suggested another sleep study since the study they did 11 years ago mentioned mild sleep apnea but they never did much with it. I guess the pounds I've gained with the help of meds give reason for concern that I might have severe apnea now... So your wondering why I posted..... research sleep apnea and see if you have any signs and maybe just one of you will have found a solution to your fatigue ... now this is my pdoc doing the new study since I was dx'd with bipolar a few years back and he feels he's gotten the depression under control now and wants to address the lingering fatigue... if I'm alone in this that's good too since I really wouldn't wish any of you to have this condition as well... but if you do a cpac machine can give back the oxygen that is so very much needed........ :)

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
