Can someone explain what it feels like when the mood stabilizer started working?? What does being stable feel like? If someone cuts you in traffic your anger is maintained? The backstabbing co-workers voice does'nt faze you anymore, I mean do you not have angry outbursts anymore and dont feel like throwing shit around in a rage??? Will I stop being irritated when someone blows their nose, or angry when the phone rings too much at work???

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
