Just wanted to discuss caffeine and it's effect on someone with bipolar. I honestly have noticed slight if not no difference from when I was totally caffeine free as compared to currently I am a caffeine junky. Of course I could be in denial because I have been staying up all night, but I do that without caffeine as well. Being in grad school caffeine is pretty much a pre-requisite for sitting through any class. Anyway, my doc says I should lay off and it will help calm my mania. which i know is probably true. Ok if you respond help me with a rationale to justify my continued intake of copious amounts of caffinated beverages.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
