There have been times where i have run miles and miles a week lost weight and put it back on in a couple of weeks. Most people dont get it and i never did either till now.
I do love running but I wonder where the hell am I gonna find the energy from
Right before I got diagnosed everytime I ran on the treadmill I cried. I did not know what the hell was wrong with me.
I am so glad I now know

Wow I can not count the years ago I was here many times a day. About 5+ years ago Life took me on other paths and being here was not a daily necessity anymore. Hello to my old friends still here. Greetings to those I have yet to meet. I am here now out of a desire to communicate, but not a need to be, which is a good feeling. I will talk about that more in the future... Until the next time......

I have been here before, a long long time ago and now I am back.Forgive me for not just saying what I want to say, even under a triple dose of antidepressants it is still raw and seeping and I am hesitant at revealing it as at least under the bandages around my heart I don,t have to look at how raw and wounded. My child was cleaved from my heart by his own actions. my child of ten, turning eleven...
Besides the obvious, it also gets you moving and if you get some aerobic (heart-pumping) exercise going, it even releases endorphins that help you feel better.
But if you get out in the sun at least 15"/day, it also helps your body make serotinin, a neurotransmitter related to mood regulation.
And if you exercise more than 40" before bedtime, it also helps you sleep better.
I gotta say though I was sooooo fit when I had last breakdown..loads of yoga, hell-runs, biking all over my city instead of driving. Perhaps it did help me have quite a long stable period prior to this though.
