Does anyone else in here do some form of exercise each day to help stablize their moods? I started exercising to get in shape and learned that it has that mood lifting benefit too. I hike, ride my bicycle and if I don't feel good when I start out, I am almost guaranteed to feel better by the time I'm halfway done. It works really well for me. I have taken off 4 days though and tomorrow I better get with it, or I may start feeling pretty bad again. Just wondering if anyone else had a similar experience?

theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??
