I used to do this all the time. My kids pointed it out to me. In the house at the grocery store inappropriate places in general. I had to make a real effort to stop. I find myself doing it again. What's up with that? Anyone else know what I'm talking about?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Or say it is extemperanious poetry and you are thinking of going on the road.
It's when you start LISTENING to the voices... you have a problem!
My mother does it too. She refuses to see a doc, but she's probably a beeper too. Our minds move so fast, sometimes the words just tumble out, even when no one is listening.
So... you talk out loud? NORMAL people do that! Don't blame it on BP, if it's just a gut reaction! You have to separate black from white!
Hugs!
It's not something that you should blame on BP.
DON'T call me pockethead, by the way.
But at home, where I'm much more relaxed, I do it a lot!!! I 'heckle' the TV. When I hear something on there that I don't like, I make sneering remarks. And I happily comment on whatever I'm doing, at any given moment!!
The one thing I do that I wish I didn't is, when I think about something that happened in the past that I'm still mortified about, I tend to involuntarily let out an alarmed 'NO' and kind of shake my head, when I do it!!! LOLOLOL!!!!!
