how quick can a mood change?
quickly. very very quickly.
i went from feeling great, to this damn empty soulless non feeling shell of a person in minutes. this has been a thing for the last few weeks. i am blaming it (well hoping it is) on where I recently quit smoking marijuana and eventually i will fall back into my normal pattern and not be as quick to shift.
if not, i may have a new problem that will need to be looked at.

A friend sent this to me..As far as I can see, grief will never truly end.It may become softer overtime, more gentleand some days will feel sharp. But grief will last as long as Love does - ForeverIt's simply the way the absence of your loved onemanifests in your heart. Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care. I've always been the kinda person to make sure that everyone I Care about feels appreciated and knew somebody had their back. I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
Yes, moods can change very quickly.
I would say the change in your body after quitting marijuana has affected you mood. Congratulations on quitting. I hope your body levels out soon.
If it doesn't, you may want to talk with your pdoc about the mood change. I don't know your relationship with your doctor, but you might want to mention you have made positive changes in your life and feel an adjustment needs to be made. You don't have to mention the positive changes unless they already know. Even with out knowing specifically what you have changed, they should be able to assist from just your description of how you are currently feeling right now.
Congrats, again on the quitting. I know there is a debate over the use of it, but until it is regulated and prescribed by a doc. everyone is taking various risks from jail time to getting a hold of pot that has been mixed with very addictive street drugs.
Good luck,

I only find that it does help me to physically relax, but my mind remains in constant motion.
I just want a drug to make me numb, let life go on around me, without me...
I would not blame the marijuana - it could of been masking your mood swings since it helps with anxiety for some people. I would talk about this with your pdoc.
