In case anyone is interested, I have added three videos from my ECT treatment this morning to my profile. When you watch the videos make sure to watch them in order 10-13-07A, 10-13-07B, and then 10-13-07C.
Please forgive my wife for videotaping me on my side...I will have to show her how to do it right for my next treatment on Tuesday.
Anyway...enjoy the videos!

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
As for how to watch them, go to my profile, they are were the pictures are stored. I will put the links here too, maybe that will work. There are three different videos as they can only be 5 minutes long.
So here is the links:

i heard it was an ineffective myth, am i wrong? "
By "that" I assume you mean the ECT Treatment. If so, so far I would have to say I think it is working just fine. I feel better and not so hopeless. As for it being a myth. I would have to say that it is a myth that it is a myth.
As you can see the treatments are very real and seem to be working just fine. In the video we talk about a car accident that I assited at on the way to the treatment this morning. As a firefighter/EMT I have been to lots of car wreks, but this one felt different. I was very calm and deliberate with everything I did there. The accident also made us late, and that did not bother me in the least bit. Before the treatments I would have gotten very excitable and frustrated about being late. I would have obsessed about it until my wife told me to shut the heck up.
So...no, I don't think it is a myth and would reccommend the treatments to others.
She was embarassed because she did not realize I was going to put the video on here. She thinks she talked too much. I already told her she didn't but what do i know?
Other than taping me on my side, I think she did a great job.
