Ok guys I think I have this worked out...DS has bipolar and at this point in time is either Manic or on a serious downward spiral...
I guess like the rest of us it happens but lets cross our fingers and hope that he/she pulls back to stable soon...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

Problem is this site is full of sick people.Those of us who are presently healthier need to assist, by posting productive discussions.DS in my opinion needs recharging.Those of us who have clarity at the present, must act to bring help to those in need. Here is my suggestion."He who has injured thee was either stronger or weaker, if weaker spare him, if stronger spare yourself". Please take a moment to think that through if you lucid to do so.
