okay I'm finding it increasingly hard to say no to alcohol at the moment. I have been dating someone who just always seems to want to drink even though they know my problems! I know I shouldn't drink and usually I am quite strong about this or avoid situations where I could want to drink. Its not like I drink everyday but I go on binges and it seems to be becoming more frequent! I'm feeling really lost about myself at the moment and feel really low for many reasons. please could people help me get some strength back for myself! should I stop seeing the person who likes to drink? how do I get some control back? help please :)
