Most of us have Dreams yep..but just lately I have been having dreams when I am just waking up in the mornings or afternoons...It feels like I'm awake and fully aware, but I cant stop the dreams...somehow they seem even more real when i'm in this state..Anybody else experience similar patterns? Also does anybody get violent in bed and lash out..My wife says I can get quite animated... Makes me wonder if it could be a meds issue...currently taking prozac, buspar & zopidem.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
My hubby has taken Darvocet for neuropathy for many, many years and he misunderstood the doc and quit cold turkey.
I couldn't sleep with him...he was flinging his arms all night, kicking his legs, I was afraid to be in the same bed...so that was def med related. Extremely violent. Stopped as soon as he took a Darvocet.
Ya know you COULD be lucid dreaming, from your description...awake IN your dreams. That is soooo cool you can go anywhere and do anything if you can lucid dream. Enjoy it!
